How do I send an inquiry?
You can browse our website, take note of the item number on the pictures, or directly provide the pictures. You can even just tell us the name and size of the dinosaur. You can inform us through the feedback, contact page, or by sending an email. We will respond promptly and provide you with an accurate quotation.
What is the price of your product?
The price of th dinosaur is determined based on the specific requests of the client. It varies according to factors such as size, movements, colors, posture, skin colors, and skin patterns. The client informs us about the dinosaur’s appearance and movement requirements to interact with the audience, and the price will be provided upon the completion of the aforementioned required information.
How long is your production cycle?
This depends on the quantity of the products. Typically, it takes 7-30 days. For example, the delivery time for one piece of dinosaur costume is two weeks. The fewer the quantity, the faster the delivery. Additionally, it is important to emphasize that these are handcrafted products, and providing us with ample time ensures the quality of the products.
Is the animatronic dinosaur model suitable for outdoor use?
The animatronic dinosaur models we produce are designed for long-term outdoor use. The skin is made of silicone material, which is waterproof and sun-resistant. Typically, there won’t be any issues with outdoor use for over 5 years. Even if minor problems occur, they can be quickly resolved with the help of our instructional videos. Please rest assured.
How to make payment?
You only need to pay a 40% deposit, and we can start the production process. During the production, we will keep you updated with confirmation through pictures and videos. Once the production is complete and passes the factory testing, we will provide you with videos and pictures for confirmation of the product’s quality. After confirmation, you can pay the remaining 60% balance before the product is shipped from the factory.
How long is the product warranty period?
We default to providing a 12-month product warranty period. If you have additional requirements, it can be extended to 24 months or a longer duration. During the warranty period, if there are quality issues not caused by human factors, we will provide free repair parts and cover the shipping costs, no matter where you are.
